Deadline to Switch Between At-Home and In-School Learning - April 6, 2021

Throughout the year, our school division has been flexible in responding to families’ choices to move between in-person and at-home learning. As of April 6, 2021 (after Spring Break), families will be required to stay with their choice of either at-home or in-person learning.

If you are considering changing from the current method of instruction (either at-home or in-person learning), please contact Mr. Bjorkman prior to Spring Break. If you do not contact the school by the above date, your child will remain in their current learning method until the end of this school year. In extenuating circumstances related to COVID-19, families may still be afforded some flexibility. Feel free to contact Mr. Bjorkman if you have any concerns.

We understand this is a difficult decision for many families, but we believe minimizing changes will allow students and teachers to stay fully focussed on learning, with limited disruptions, for the last three months of the year. Thank you for your cooperation. SPERD#1
