Our soon-to-be Crusaders are joining us after school Monday, May 27, for their official welcome to F. G. Miller High School and the Home of the Crusaders. We would like to thank you in advance for joining us the evening of Monday, May 27, 2019, and hope that this orientation provides an opportunity for you (and your parents) to ask any questions you may have. It is an opportunity to have fun and get to know our Crusader staff and explore your new home away from home! Here is a brief summary of the evening!

FOR GRADE 6 TIGERS

3:00 - Meet your Crusader Ambassador and cross the street to FGM with your teachers.

3:30-4:00 - Lock practice and package delivery

4:00-4:20 - Staff introductions and Grade 6 Q&A with FGM administration

4:20-5:30 - QR Code Quest with Ambassadors and Staff

5:30-6:00 - Gr. 6 and Crusader meal and Locker Assignments

6:00-6:30 - Get to Know Chats

6:30-7:20 - Get to Know Challenges

7:20-7:30 - Balloon Pop Rodeo

7:30-7:45 - Optional Tiger Parent Tour with child

FOR GRADE 6 PARENTS

6:30-7:00 - Parents you are welcome to register your Grade 6 Tiger, pay fees and pre-pay your grade 7 yearbook (a 60+page, full-colour, hardcover book at below the cost of production), and sign up to receive emails (our electronic newsletter articles). The process takes about 15 minutes. Don't forget to grab a coffee or tea (provided) before the meeting!

7:00-7:30 - Parent orientation meeting with FGM Administration in our Learning Commons and website tour.

Note: This is the only orientation for Grade 6 students. Grade 6 families, please make this a priority and add it to your calendars! All grade 6 families will be receiving a personal invitation in the mail. Stop by your post office for your official invitation! Even if you might not be here next year, it will be a night of fun for the Tigers and a free meal for them and we encourage you to come! See everyone there on Monday, May 27!
