Sr. High and Parents Trade UP!
On Friday, April 6th, during block 4 from 2-3 p.m., NAIT will be at our school to speak about their trade programs. They are bringing their recruiter, Meredith, who has visited our school before, and instructors/journeymen in their Heavy Equipment Tech, Carpentry, Millwright, and Plumbing programs. This is a good chance for our high school students to learn more about these careers and how they can best prepare for success during their program. This presentation is open to all grade 10 - 12 students who are interested in trades. Parents are welcome to attend. Students are to go to their block 4 class for attendance and let the teacher know if they want to attend the presentation, which will be held in our library learning commons.
