Picture Package Update

We have had a few questions about the picture packages. We want to share the answers with everyone in the Realm.

1. When are retakes? As in the previous blog post, Retake Day is Friday, November 3. If you are unhappy with your package, please return it to Mrs. Bjorkman prior to November 1, 2017.

2. How do Proof Sheet Orders work? Families who did not pre-pay have the option of ordering online using the codes on their child's sheet at If you wish a retake from the proof sheet (as with packages) the code sheet must be returned if a retake is required. Families can choose afterward which proof (original or retake) they prefer. Please record the Portrait ID and Access code of your original photo for later reference as the proof sheet must be returned for the retake to be done.

4. How long do I have to decide to get in on the free shipping to the school if I pay online? Families have 45 days after the photo day to make a purchase without paying the $3.99 shipping fee.

5. What do I do if there is a problem with my package? For any missing orders or package issues parents must contact the Lifetouch photo lab directly at 1-866-443-7560.
