Crusader, Kelly Raymond, was honoured today by representatives of the BPOE Elks Lodge #460 when they presented her with an oversized cheque that she can take to the bank! Well, maybe not the big cheque, but the smaller version will certainly help her as she crusades to the University of Saskatchewan, Saskatoon campus this fall where she is enrolled in the science program where she hopes to specialize in biology as she continues to further her education..

Mr. Don Pilisko, Mr. Lawrence Pidluzny, and Mr. Geoff Hoyle, all representing the Elks, were there to deliver their congratulations and the $2000 scholarship which consisted of the Steve Kuziw Memorial Award and the Elmer Bjornstad Scholarship. The presentation took place in our Learning Commons with administration and our career counsellor present to celebrate the moment that Mr. Pilisko handed over the cheque. Congratulations to this very deserving Crusader!
