Breaking news from our LLC (Library Learning Commons)!

Grade 8 Crusader, Rachel Zacharuk, had a goal at the end of last year - to break the all time point record for books read (1206.9 points earned by Alex Bernhardt-Sasseville in June of 2013/14) in the AR program.

Yesterday, during the lunch break, the Book Barrier was broken with her count at 1207.2 points! Just to put that into perspective....since the beginning of this year, Rachel as read 130 books containing 9 084 371 words! She still has until June 9 (the last day to AR quiz) to set a new record for points earned in a single year! Keep bookin' on, Rachel and congratulations on this tremendous achievement!
